Shipping Policy:

• Please allow 1-3 business days to process and ship out orders. All orders include a tracking number. Once your package has been shipped out you will receive an email with your tracking number.
• Dkm Boutique is NOT responsible for orders showed as delivered to wrong addresses provided by customer.

• Please track your packages. Dkm Boutique is not responsible for lost or stolen shipments. Packages may be left at your front door by the postal courier if no one is home to receive it. We have no control over what happens to your package once the postal courier delivers it. We do not replace or refund orders that are scanned "delivered" by USPS. ****If there is a problem with your package delivery or tracking number, please call USPS directly

WE OFFER:

• Priority Shipping: 1-3 business days depending on location.
• Express Shipping: Orders must be placed before 3pm to ship the same day and it takes 1 business day to receive. 2 business days for small towns.

Cancellation:

• Due to fast processing times, orders can not be cancelled nor adjusted after they are placed.
