Exchange and Return Policy

• We accept Returns within 7 days from the delivery date stated on tracking information through usps.com. To look up the date simply input your tracking number through www.usps.com count 7 days from the delivery date. Sundays do not count Policy stricly enforced
• Returns must be received unworn, unwashed, free of any stains and with the original tags.
• Contact vendor (via TEXT ONLY, or EMAIL info@dkmboutique.net , number on IG bio) before returning any items.
• Can only exchange once.
• Taxes are not included in the return credit as well because you already paid taxes on the credit amount 
• Customer is responsible for ALL shipping fees unless it was a wrong item or sent damaged.
• If you received Free Shipping, we will deduct the shipping cost out of your return credit.
• We DO NOT cancel orders (Please double check your order before submitting payment).
• Shoes and Bodysuits (due to hygiene purposes ) items are final sale (No exceptions).
• All items purchased on sale, Clearance, Flash Sale, and any discounts over 15% are FINAL SALE (No Exceptions).
• If your items you have tired on and they have makeup or deodorant stains on them, you will not be given EXCHANGE OR CREDIT, and the items will be send back to you for a charge.

Reserved Right Regarding Returns

Dkm Boutique Reserve the right to solely define and limit, refuse, and / or reject returns from customers any time due to:

• An irregular or excessive return history indicative of "wardrobing"
• Potential fraudulent or criminal activity
